22.01.2022 Kicking is a skill that connects our upper body and lower body. Before we can kick with speed and accuracy, we need to build the strength and mobility into our torso and limbs. Students are introduced to the training at their level and the progress is steady, not rushed, to avoid injury. High impact kicking is introduced once the core is working in unison with the legs. Mobility and flexibilty are just as important as strength in taekwondo. As with most skill-based sports, patience is key.

We get to decide how we act and so we hope to help people who do bully others, to face their personal challenges (whatever they may be) in a different way. At the same time, we stand with people who have experienced bullying to help show them their true value is not measured by the actions of someone else. In both cases, love is the answer.
