The pain was horrific and nothing would stop the burning, even after cold water and proper burn cream. I was told if it didn't stop within a day or so I would have to go to hospital. I saw the Shurley's Body Wellness Mud in the cupboard and decided to try it as nothing was helping. It was THE MOST SOOTHING product I have EV...ER used. It felt amazing going on and took the heat and burning out almost instantly. It was such a relief. I honestly can't describe it. I also got a bit worried about it drying overnight and having to get it off the next morning. It came off with a Cotton pad and warm water just gently dabbing off. No rising required.
