20.01.2022 Fun fact. Caramel is my most favourite flavour cake, followed by Victoria Sponge. Red velvet baking smell makes me want to gag (only because I made so many of them when I had morning sickness with bub #3 and #4), it still tastes delish even if I do say so myself ... Chocolate is my most popular. Oh and I am completely insane. This week I have 5 cakes 96 cupcakes and 144 cookies due out. Plus its my sons 6th birthday and his cake is going to be my most difficult to date. He is also having a party and 37.. yes you read that right, 37 kids are coming . Ill be in the corner rocking, trying to keep my eyes open Watch this space B x

18.01.2022 Guys, Im so excited to introduce a new product!!! This tower of a cake is a sampling cake. It is a 4inch round, has 5 layers and is 25cm tall. The flavours are:... Chocolate Mud Red Velvet Caramel Mud White Chocolate Mud Victoria Sponge In bewteen the layers is my normal American Buttercream and the outter is Swiss Merigne Buttercream. This cake is designed to taste all my flavours and is more so aimed at my Brides and Grooms. But hey, anyone can order 1, if you feel like cake . As this is a sampling cake, if you want to taste all the flavours it would "feed" 5-8 people. Unfortunately there are no variations with Design. Please don't ask for it to be a certain color or to add decorations/florals etc as I'd hate to offend anyone. The stencilling will vary, depending on what I feel like doing and if I have a new one that I want to try (or I can omit it if youd prefer) Cost is $80. If you purchase one, and then book in a (and place a deposit) on a cake, I will discount your order by $30. So this bad boy will really only be $50. If you already have a confirmed order, you can add this to your invoice for $50. I hope all that makes sense . B x
