22.01.2022 1:1 and 2:1 outdoor fitness/karate sessions have been very popular this week! And now you can travel up to 25km from home! Better get in quick as 12 sessions have already been booked for next weekend. 19.01.2022 Shuzoku Dojo have some of the best students. We love the way they get involved with our silly ideas. Even the teens and adults get on board. No one thinks they’re above putting themselves out there to give everyone a good laugh. Here are just some of the costumes that were worn in our Halloween kata classes. It was very entertaining and a great laugh. (Much needed at this point in time for everyone too!) Thank you guys for being so humble Can’t wait to see you all again off screen when the dojo opens again in 9 sleeps!!

There may be a few sore body parts in the next couple of days It’s been awesome seeing everyone again. We’ve missed you all a lot! A big shout out to those who continued to support us with the online classes. It’s been 7 very long and frustrating months for all involved.
