13.01.2022 Becoming a caregiver can happen at anytime - to anyone, even First Ladies. Eleanor Roosevelt became the carer of her husband, Franklin D. Roosevelt, overnight, when he was paralysed from the waist down due to illness. With Eleanor's support, Franklin went on to become the 32nd President of the United States. Friends once said of Eleanor, "She would rather light a candle than curse the darkness."... If you, or someone you know, care for a family member, there is support available. Visit https://simplyhelping.com.au/ to see how we can help.

During her lifetime, Mother Teresa was devoted to caring for others - helping people who were poor, sick, and in need. In 1979 Mother Teresa won the Nobel Peace Prize for "her work for bringing help to suffering humanity."

06.01.2022 Introducing the fantastic owner and manager of Simply Helping Sydney West, Kaniz Sarmin! A little bit about me I began my career as an architect back in my homeland, Bangladesh. After migrating to Sydney, I worked freelance for councils & private clients.... I'm a mother of 2 energetic children. My son was diagnosed with autism when he was 2 years old - this changed my life and world forever. I was propelled into the world of disability where the opportunity to research, learn and engage was, and is, endless. This gave me a fresh perspective on life and an exciting new direction. I became involved with nåon-profits, working as a volunteer with individuals with disability as well as families; meanwhile challenging myself to discover opportunities to best assist my son in building his life skills. I was then given this incredible opportunity with Simply Helping to own and operate a franchise of an existing and reputable service provider where my skills and life experience could make a difference to the everyday lives of people with disability, their families and carers, the elderly and all who may require services at home. I am excited to begin this thrilling adventure in Sydney and look forward for everything in the future.
