20.01.2022 We wanted to touch base and discuss what is happening in our salon regarding COVID-19. We would like to reassure you that we are all well and doing what is nee...ded to protect both you and us. If any of our therapists feel unwell, they are also asked to say at home. If you are unwell or any of the symptoms, we do ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Both yours and our therapists health is what is most important, we will continue to maintain our high standard of safe hygiene practices. Whilst we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in place in all of our salons, we are increasing the cleaning and sanitation of our salons, particularly for high-contact areas and counters, and are providing additional hand sanitiser for customer’s and team members to use. We would also like to ask that where possible, we do need as much notice as possible of the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. We understand, right now, you may not have so much notice. As we are still trying to run our salons as much notice and understanding is greatly appreciated.
