10.01.2022 Clear headed thinking is the path forward. Vitalik is truely pondering the the future not just for the crypoto currency intelligencia but for the common man. A stable platform, continued development of Blockchain and implementation of true solutions is where we want to go. Vitalik and the Ethereum team is leading with a well thought out vision and platform. The noise from the the fanatical 6% from the old attacked chain is nothing more then that. Statements and justification...s from the Classic members are accusatory and self serving. The bully was caught with his hand in the cookie jar and his gang are now hoping to convince the rest of the community (which is watching it happen) that because the door was open they have the right to do it. Is this the new social norm. Bullying to convince others theft is ok? Now with Poloniex (the Crypo currency exchange) seeing an opportunity to make a bunch of "money", they have committed the Gulf oil spill of crypto currency, Poloniex effectively drilled into the the corrupted fork and allowed the tainted funds to be exchanged. This enabled the bully to access all the stolen funds. Dumping it in the marketplace voted on by the 90%. Imposing a conduit back to the old fork with no vote. So was the action of Poloniex treasonous, self-serving, collusion, acquiescence? What ever their reasons it definitly was not a consensuses vote that allowed the cross pollination and every indication that it was not for the betterment of the community as a whole. Now after seeing rumors that the SEC is looking at Poloniex, Kraken Crypo Exchange is looking a lot better. https://www.kraken.com/ The vote was "Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin issued new statements today reiterating that the Ethereum Foundation, the non-profit founded to support development work on the ethereum protocol, will support the version of the ethereum blockchain that includes a hard fork meant to enable investors to recover funds lost in the collapse of The DAO."
