01.01.2022 Pull up a chair and let me tell you a story. A lovely customer of mine, Helen, came past the other day and saw that we are now making preserves as part of our offerings to the Covid Gods. She then mentioned that she had a recipe for Plum sauce that she made and offered me the recipe. Low and behold she dropped off a photocopied and hand scribbled number with a lovely spicy mix. It says "Lois 1979". Year of my birth. So I made some last night. And let me tell you, it is delicious!!! Thank you Lois! Whoever and wherever you are.
