Our apologies for the inconvenience, we will be sure to let you know as soon as it re-opens, fresh and ready for visitors. 03.01.2022 Thanks to the recently announced $20,000 WA Government Building Bonus, along with the $25,000 Federal Government HomeBuilder Grant, it's now even easier for those looking to build a new home to get onto the property ladder. Add to that, the existing $10,000 WA First Home Owner Grant and eligible purchasers could receive up to $55,000 in government grants, helping young families, first home buyers, upgraders and downsizers realise their goal of home ownership sooner.
