14.01.2022 Covid-19 has affected so many parts of our lives and our businesses over the last 6+ weeks. It will have an affect on our lives and businesses forever and this won’t always be in a negative way. There are always positives that come from adversity and most times these are the events that make us stronger and better. How Covid has affected Siera Group... Siera Group is a Property Development business meaning we make a profit from buying land and repurposing or improving it fo...r the purpose of resale. Over the last 5 years our in house construction team has ensured that our projects are not only delivered on time and on budget but also to the highest standard - and to be honest we have really raised that standard and market expectation. At present we are selling out of 3 completed projects, working on 2 Development Approvals & multiple projects in Due Diligence stage however this did mean that our construction team were twiddling their thumbs and have since been out completing some small jobs like fencing, deck rebuilds and general maintenance until our next project is ready. This is keeping our Carpenters and Apprentices busy and also exposing them to a different type of work to help them grow as well. Stay safe and keep adapting because we will all be stronger when we come out the other side.
