25.01.2022 I’ve taken the last few days off to focus on my family over the Holiday period. A couple of years ago, I never took any breaks.. replying to emails on Christmas Day, taking phone calls from students on New Years Eve, I was super proud that it would on average take less than an hour for me to reply to emails, but, this came at a cost.. I was in the same house as my family, but I was not ‘present’. Ultimately, it was not sustainable and I finally realised this a couple of years... ago, which is why I am far more intentional with my time-off now. I will check my email every few days over the break and process them as quickly as I can (albeit a bit slower than I usually do!) I suggest that you guys take some intentional time off also. Reconnect with yourself and your family. Just as I am so much more than just a Physics Teacher, you guys and girls are so much more than just a student of the HSC. Chris

Will they be able to retain their #1 ranking in this weeks examination

As teachers, we need to understand the students in our class and how to reach them.... I try to do this each and every single lesson. Physics should be phun
