21.01.2022 This customer's *iiNet* internet has been down for 5 days! So we loaned them one of our backup 4g routers. All traffic is VPN'd back to our datacentre in Brisbane to allow for VoIP telephony, complex routing and port forwarding to work over Telstra's wireless network. This busy medical practice in Hervey Bay has all services supplied and managed by Sigmatech from Brisbane, including: //- Internet connectivity and Wi-Fi //- Digital PBX phone & fax system //- Networking, computer hardware & software //- Technical support The site was set up by Sigmatech in March 2015 - we have successfully provided support & management from Brisbane for the past two years.

13.01.2022 Before/After photos. This customer purchased our digital phone system which included a new network switch with room for expansion, and tidy-up of their server cabinet. Tidy, organized cabling reduces technician troubleshooting time resulting in better service at a lower cost.

10.01.2022 This busy law firm has been a valued Sigmatech customer for over six years. This weekend marked their second major IT upgrade, to address a need for more mobility and to upgrade their line of business software. The upgrade included: - 10x Dell workstations - 9x Microsoft Surface tablets w/ docking stations - 10x new monitors... - Migration of email from on-premise Exchange to Office 365 - Migration of company data from on-premise server to secure Cloud server hosted in Sigmatech's Datacentre. - Set up of secure VPN access for staff to work from anywhere. These services are supplied via a 50/50mbit fibre link from Sigmatech, along with the phone system and remote & on-site technical support. This project was completed over the weekend with minimal disruption to staff, who were able to log in and get to work first thing on Monday morning. This firm is a great example of how we can supply all aspects of a business' IT needs from internet, phone, IT, and cloud services in one integrated package.

08.01.2022 Need more desk space? Check out one of the five new ultra-micro workstations we installed at this medical practice today! We also deployed our modem/router combo to better manage their network traffic and improve wireless coverage, and screen privacy filters all round. All works completed on Sunday to avoid interruption to the business.

05.01.2022 Space is a bit of a premium in this Toowoomba hospital comms cabinet, so it's a good thing our router is small but powerful! This is an NBN connection from Sigmatech, supplying VoIP phone and fax services with VPN to connect multiple offices together via our datacentre.
