Unit 1, 2 & 3 Roof sheeting completed... Units 1, 2 & 3 Arial’s installed to roof. Unit 4 & 5 Garage doors installed. Units 4 & 5 - Internal mold to the first floor completed. Unit 4 & 5 First 2 coats of paint completed (Final coat at the end of the project). Milestone tasks achieved next week: Unit 1, 2 & 3 Commence external cladding. Unit 4 & 5 Remove scaffolding. Unit 4 & 5 Tiling to bathrooms and laundries to commence. Units 4 & 5 Rendering to commence.

05.01.2022 We have started the week with some great milestones reached. The roof for townhouse 4 and 5 installed tomorrow and brickwork for these two now complete ready for cladding to commence and all acoustic walls installed. Windows and doors to all dwellings installed and brickwork to townhouse 1, 2 and 3 to continue. Lots happening onsite and we love sharing the progress with you all. *Update on sales: Only 1 left at the time of writing this post
