The plantation employs a medium density shade strategy, using two types of shade trees. 04.01.2022 The Sigri Drying Fields at Banum-Wo Sun-drying is the preferred method of drying over machine drying. The beans are spread out on large drying beds under the sun. They are very well taken care of during this process, and at regular intervals, these beans are turned over by the laborers for better drying and to prevent mildew.
