13.01.2022 More than ever Earth is asking us to return to a new pace of living. . . . How can I every day begin to align to new values as I reassess priorities, necessities, a meaningful way of living?... . . . Currently I’m feeling into whether or not to still offer massage and energy treatments 1:1 in person. While I know it’s needed there’s also this feeling of needing to cocoon into the silence, creativity and liveliness that is bursting through the chaos. I’ve been writing poems straight out and words have been streaming through keeping me up in the early hours of the night. In this space I’m feeling most at home. . . . Only time will tell what my ‘job’ will look like but it feels like it time to reinvent, to inspire, to create and gift whatever is coming through. No holding back simply being in flow as all that is ready to be birthed for the whole. I am a mirror of what is coming, inspiration, earth centred awareness, mindful words and deeds, watching it all with non- attachment and deeper appreciation of the cyclic nature of all life. . . . Blessings as we navigate this time connecting deeper to our heart truths as we learn to lean into aloneness, stillness and reflection to create if we choose a new way of being. With aloha

10.01.2022 When the earth was my teacher When the earth was my teacher I’d rise with the sun Every moment blessed by his rays... When the earth was my teacher I’d follow the moon praising her dance through the sky When the earth was my teacher I’d flow with the ocean cleansing my spirit with every rush of the tide When the earth was my teacher I’d move with the wind Breathing as I let go of pain and suffering When the earth was my teacher I’d listen to her Placing my ear to the ground to hear truth When the earth was my teacher I’d feel my ancestors call Learning from the ancient wisdom in my bones When the earth was my teacher If receive blessings and guidance from the unseen spirits Trusting how much I am loved and held When the earth was my teacher I was nourished and whole Never lacking or wanting for more When the earth was my teacher I loved deeper as her vulnerable tenderness Taught me the beauty and preciousness Of all life The earth is my teacher To her I shall return In times of uncertainty In times of sadness In times of fear In times of love I shall return to her once more.
