24.01.2022 I had the privilege to compete in @pca_australia , which allowed me to compete in @pca_official and looking forward to shadow judging down in Melbourne for the PCA nationals! #Repost @pca_australia with @make_repost CLASSIC BODYBUILDING... Classic Bodybuilding Class will be judged on, Muscularity, Symmetry, Balance & Proportions, Conditioning & Presentation. Judges will reward physiques that best represent a graceful package with all muscle groups flowing from broad shoulders. Athletes should ideally be small at the waist & have powerful legs that tie in & complement the upper body. Individual Posing Routines will be marked & will be considered by the judges when assessing the athletes overall scoring. 20.01.2022 Before setting a goal keep in mind the journey and character that it makes of you. I had the goal to be able to vacuum last year. Well after about 6 months of practice I am only getting better at being able to control my mid section which I feel can be a very useful tool in the classic physique division. The vacuum pose has taught me to create another habit that will create the desired end result. Obviously after a pec tear my goals will start to shift. One thing I will alway...s have is great will power and resilience. 18.01.2022 @pca_australia I am looking forward to shadow judging next week end in Melbourne. This has never been my best pose due to my lats not being as wide as they could be. The illusion we create can hide our weak point but that shouldn't stop us from working on them. 12.01.2022 COVID-19 has effected us all in different ways. Obviously this has been challenging for a lot of us.. Like any challenge in life the only way to get better is to work in and around them. A lot of people have bought gym equipment or doing home work outs. What ever works for you and hopefully we can all learn from this, as we would any other challenge we face in life. Life is difficult and does not always go to plan. You will need to learn to adapt and change to the environment... and create a new way to deal with the obstacles. So this is what Ive done in the last few weeks. I have purchased enough equipment to train comfortably out of my own home, putting on a bit more tissue and weighing in at 94kg. We can all still make progress if we really want to. Happy but not satisfied as there is always more work to do. @ Albany Creek, Queensland, Australia

12.01.2022 There are so many ways to do cardio and there is no right or wrong way. Choose the cardio that suits you and your lifestyle if thats getting up every morning for a basic walk then do that, or if its cycling whilst you scroll social media in the afternoon. Do it!
