We will be reopening from the 1st of June at 10am While we look forward to seeing you all, we must remember to maintain all social distancing measures wherever possible. Obviously the nature of our business means there will be close contact during treatments but please be assured that we will be implementing a number of measures to minimise any risk to our clients, staff and the public. Please use the hand sanitizer provided upon entry and after your tr...eatment (and as often as you like!!!) We also ask that you book in advance and avoid any time changes or cancellation as we will be staggering appointments to limit the number of people in the waiting area at any one time. Rooms and any common areas will also be liberally cleaned after every client so we appreciate your patience, and we will be temperature checking our staff each morning. Also, we will be recording the names and contact details of all clients so we appreciate your cooperation. Please email us for any bookings - [email protected]. 23.01.2022 Here we are again. After a great start in June we will have to close for 6 weeks as of the 9th of July. We will be in touch with those who have bookings in the coming weeks. Thank you to everyone who has supported us the past month, please stay safe (and at home!) and we look forward to seeing you all when we can reopen

23.01.2022 Just a quick update to inform all our loyal customers that we have decided to close for the time being. After reviewing all the recommendations put forward by the Australian government we feel that it is in the best interest of our clients, staff and the community that we temporarily shut our doors. We will reassess the situation in the coming weeks so if you would like to get in touch please email us at [email protected]. We really appreciate all the ongoing support we have received, and look forward to reopening and seeing you all as soon as possible.

22.01.2022 In regards to the ever changing and uncertain situation regarding the Coronavirus, we at Silk wanted to touch base to ensure our customers that, as always, we are doing everything we can to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene. It is of the highest importance that our clients and employees feel safe and at ease here. All massage tables, accessories and saunas are thoroughly sanitized after every single client (as usual) and general waiting areas including doo...rknobs, toilets, magazines, brochures, all surfaces and anything else that may be touched are disinfected multiple times per day. We also have multiple bottles of hand sanitizer here for your use so please be liberal in using it. While the Victorian Department of Health has recommended implementation of ‘social distancing’ measures to help contain the outbreak, we are still trading as normal and hope that our actions towards limiting the spread of this virus minimizes any reservations you may have about coming in for a treatment. We ask that if you are showing any flu-like symptoms to please reschedule and reconsider your visit. We have also closely monitored the wellbeing of the employees and their family to ensure that they are in full health prior to coming to work. We would love for you to continue your ongoing support for local businesses and us during this difficult time. Thank you for your understanding and we will update you if the situation changes in the coming weeks in accordance with any advice given by the Government and Department of Health.

19.01.2022 UPDATE: Hi All! Hope everyone is staying well and safe. We've had so many of you get in touch and ask when we plan on reopening so thank you for the ongoing support and we look forward to seeing you all when we can finally open!... We have yet to receive any specific confirmation from the government as to when we can reopen. I am hoping that we will fall under the same category as gyms/ beauticians so when they announce updates for those industries we can take it from there.
