19.01.2022 BRUISING Bruising is the most common side effect of lip filler. It is normal and varies in severity between each person. Some people heal quickly, however some people may experience bruising for a week or so. Things to help reduce your risk of bruising: ... * Do not consume alcohol for 2 days before & after your appointment. * If you take regular fish oil supplements, stop this 2-3 days before. Also no ibuprofen or aspirin either. * Hold a cold compress/ice pack to your lips for the rest of the day. * No exercise for 24-48 hours post. See more

Although not as soon as I would have liked it, Im so happy to have a rough idea of when I can get back to doing what I love.
