Especially if you are from the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where lo...cal legend Ben Silk learnt to surf with his dad at a very young age. Ben grew up surrounded by waves. Because of surf, he met the woman of his life and had three beautiful kids with her. Because of surf, he almost died in 2002. He was in Bali on a Surf Trip and survived the bombings that killed 202 people (including 88 Australians). Ben says when he is in the ocean, on top of his board, he can better figure out the highs and lows of life. We think there is no better therapy than this. And it is totally free.
