14.01.2022 Custom Orders - terms and conditions We LOVE to make your custom orders, but we are both busy mums to some very busy little humans. So here are a few little terms and conditions to ensure everyone gets exactly what they are after. 1. Please understand that your order may not be our only one - so it may not get started straight away. We will however provide you with an estimated time frame. ... 2. We will notify you when your order is about to commence - please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks from this date for your order to be completed. *this applies to larger items & large orders of smaller items **singular smaller items (hair clips etc) will generally be done a little faster 3. On larger items (or orders) we request a 50% deposit to be paid at commencement date, the remainder to be paid on completion. 4. Please notify us if you need the item by a specific date, we will do our very best to accommodate you. But sometimes this won't be possible. If this is within the boundaries of the 2 week time allowance additional charges may apply. 5. If you have a specific request for ribbon/fabric we will do our best to source this for you. Additional charges may apply. 6. If for some reason an order is cancelled before completion (but after commencement) deposit will be refunded less 50%* to cover costs and time spent. 7.
