18.01.2022 Thank you to everyone sending their love and support, and a massive thanks to the volunteer firefighters who worked hard at Waratah Road last night So far the fires remain on the other side of the main road. We have been preparing for weeks now to put the farm and house in the best defensible position possible, so all we can really do now is to stay vigilent and keep implementing our plan. We dont need anything for now (but thanks so much for your offers) but we might s...tart baking for the volunteers today - theres volunteer RFS here from Copacabana and weve seen other truck names like Gosford, Kariong and others too. If you have a local RFS and can drop off some food donations for them at their bases - this is a great way to help!

16.01.2022 More than 3 weeks now and the mental toll has been huge for our community. Cooler weather these last few days has meant the RFS has been able to do some backburning - but the smoke and the anxiety continues. We have new calves on the ground - spring calving is usually a great time with spring rain, but we are increasingly worried what continued smoke means for their healthy too while we stay indoors. As always, praying for rain and thanking god for the RFS and volunteers - who do NOT want to be spending their summer fighting fires but are doing it anyway to save our community #nswfires

Using our home-grown (fed with grass and love ) beef and fresh produce from across our beautiful region, chef PaulyMac cooked up some absolutely delicious street tacos using skirt steak beef. As we always say, the value of our locally produced, premium beef is often in the tenderness of the less well known cuts! Thanks for visiting our farm Harvest Festival Central Coast and profiling our paddock to plate beef, as well as our farm tou...rs run by Mountain Goat Trails (and shout out to our Christine Wade - who only needed one take!) A great job by the team at Central Coast Council and Misfits Media for producing this and showcasing the amazing produce in our region.

04.01.2022 Its all smiles (and seconds!) at our Paddock to Plate Sausage Sizzle for the Harvest Festival Central Coast! We are firing up the BBQ from 10-3:30pm again tomorrow - join us for a home grown sausage and check out our farm animal pen and beautiful paddock chill out zone!

02.01.2022 FARM GATE PRODUCE SALE THIS WEEKEND 1kg bags of local sausage and mince $16/kg Special offer for the Easter long weekend - we have fresh beef sausages and mince packs available for collection today and tomorrow from Silver Gully Farm in Mangrove Mountain. Our beef is grown with grass and love right here on our farm - and weve had a delivery from the local butcher yesterday (but have realised theres too much for us!) ... Pick up between 9am-5pm Friday and Saturday (please remember to keep your social distance on arrival!) Delivery can be arranged for larger quantities on request within Central Coast.

Christine is very excited to continue the work of digitising resources and working towards strengthening the future of the breed.
