25.01.2022 Not everyone’s favourite topic - cleaning toilets! But I found this impressive toilet brush caddy with flexible brush head for easy cleaning with a space for a bottle of toilet cleaner or toilet paper rolls (one of my favourite things is to find household items that save on space). I found it very sturdy and cleans really well. Bought online from Howards Storage World for $65. Bit pricey but after using cheaper ones for years thought I would treat myself. 10.01.2022 What a great little accessory - the Clipa handbag clip. When you are out and about have this clipped to one of your handbag straps to keep your bag off the ground by attaching to the edge of a table or back of a door or chair. Then when you’re done - it springs back. I have one on a ring on the zipper pull inside my bag where I attach my car keys so I always know exactly where they are. It is stylish - fits like a bangle (comes in brushed /polished gold or silver and hermatite) and strong (can take up to 20kg). What a great gift idea. 08.01.2022 Time to put the Christmas Tree and decorations away, so trying out the Anko Christmas Tree and Lights Storage bag. I have always used a large box which has been taped up so many times to keep it from collapsing! I started with the small cylindrical bag with cardboard for layering the baubles etc which was a great start. Our Christmas tree is about 170cm tall so I still dismantled into sections as I normally do. The large bag with full length zip seemed to be made of a decent canvas-type fabric with a reinforced base. Happy with the results. 06.01.2022 Cleaning the office this morning and shredding some old documents. Did you know that shredded paper doesn’t belong in your yellow-lidded bin as it gets caught in the recycling equipment. Try using it on your garden/chook pen/compost.
