OMG 1/ breeches and mixer taps recessed too far back into the walls making it impossible to put new ta...ps handles on. 2/ owner employed cheap tiler then who put floor tiles on walls...........seriously. 3/ lugged elbows too short , cannot put bath and shower outlets on .....,,diy nightmare.... Please people pay the money for a real tradesman or dont bother wasting your money and our time .

20.01.2022 Ok so u need a plumber to do those little jobs about the house .....who do u use and what to ask when enquiring to local businesses.........well here it is 1/ ask around and get some leads from family and friends , this can really help but ask the question is your plumber fully licenced but most important is your plumber a maintanance plumber....why two reasons 1/ maintance plumbers as a rule have generally been taught from the start to fix things and are generally well equi...ped to do all forms of domestic and commercial repair work , but also are well set up so will save u money by carring a fair amount of gear and most good maintance plumbers will fix most things straight away without having to travel all over the state to pick up parts ect saving u time and money 2/ maintanace plumbers are like the rovers of the footy field picking up the smaller jobs most others are too busy to do as they are stuck on building sites ect trying to keep theyre builders happy especially this busy time of the year , as a general rule most good maintanace plumbers who are referred will not let u down, due to this fact as the smaller customers are theyre bread and butter work. as a quide most plumbers doing maintance work charge a service call out fee and around 85 plus an hr plus gst plus materials....... dont be frightened off if your older plumber rocks up in an ollder truck full of stuff , thats far better than a newby rocking up with nothing.......exsperience counts. ads chat out.
