20.01.2022 Our phone woes continue despite both Optus and Telstra looking into the issues. Whilst Telstra is not forthcoming with information, it appears that they suffered significant damage to their equipment in The Great Perth Flood a couple of weeks ago. Even though this should not affect our landline-to-mobile divert, a high percentage of incoming phonecalls are still not reaching us. The tech guys do not know why. Please keep trying; you will get through to us eventually, otherwise please use the Contact form on our website www.mypodiatrist.net.au *sigh*

13.01.2022 *sigh* Silver Podiatry is yet again having issue with their Optus phone service (name and shame!). We are unsure as to when normal services will resume. The fault is such that incoming phone calls do not ring. Please feel free to contact us on 0474945583 if the landline doesn't connect.

12.01.2022 Hello all, it appears that after approximately 1 month of the phone not working properly that incoming calls are getting to us. If you are having any issues contacting us on the landline, please let us know. Despite our approaching Optus and Telstra to troubleshoot this issue, their response was that they could not find any issues. It will be referred to the Telco Ombudsman. Please let us know if you had issues contacting us so that we can add your information to the ombudsman.
