09.01.2022 A Consultation was set up for client #2 the other day and a equity release was needed on the property so he went to a broker who reccomended and proceeded with the loan application, fast forward three months and unaware of the rates his broker has gotten him into(he trusted the broker to get the best deal) he was struggling to make repayments of over 4,000 per month! A 20 minute consultation was all that was needed to understand that a huge saving can be put in place by refi...nancing his current loans and saving the stress and struggle the client faced every week, a comparison of the rates and banks in todays market showed a $250 per month saving($3,000 p/m , a $45,000 over the course of the loan). The client happily agreed and is currently going through refinance with Silverback Financial. If you are struggling there is no harm in asking for help or at least a check over by a proffesional, in this case high repayments were caught early and a refinance was implimented.
