25.01.2022 Getting low with some squat and rows. The Cable Squat and Row is a combination of two exercises and has many benefits. It builds your quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus muscles as well as your lats, traps, rear shoulders, biceps and forearms. Cable Squat Row will also engage your core muscles to stabilise the upper body and support the lower back. Compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups can also burn more calories.

15.01.2022 Too many trainers stop learning. Last year, I completed 12 courses during quarantine. So far this year I spent the break studying 75 modules on injuries and rehabilitation. Oh and I did a course on bunions too! It’s critical to stay abreast of ideas, testing your assumptions and following your passions. Get strong, get rehabilitated and get fit!
