12.01.2022 .**..**. Today I finally got made an idea thats been on the back burner for ages... Here we have some Hair~button~bobbles. $40.00 a pair, can do single one ofs $20.00 each. The process is pretty labour intensive & as you can see from my previous post very messy/dirty...... Heres a walk through the process; Start with copper & brass 1mm sheet. Hand punch out each 25mm discs. Hand stamp each individual symbol. Hand dome each piece. Sand the edges. Measure, cut, file 2mm copper & brass wire. Solder wire peices to the domes. Pop in the pickle for 10 minutes, this cleans the fire scale/damage off. Wash, clean, dry. Darken images, sand, polish. Attach hair ties.
