24.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone! This pair of mini pins (aka bike shorts) are fresh off my sewing machines a few minutes ago and are ready to head across to a lovely little girl over in Perth.

23.01.2022 September's Flash Custom Order closes early this evening. This is the gorgeous Starry Night fabric sewn up. The colours are so vibrant. The fabrics won't be available again, so if you'd like something made from any of them (see previous posts), today is the day to decide.

17.01.2022 If you were wanting to see the Water Lilies fabric sewn up first before deciding on your order... here it is. Absolutely gorgeous design, and the fabric is so soft. This is the drop yoke skirt. There's a bonus to this skirt, I discovered - when there's a gust of wind, only the bottom bit flies up, so you get to keep your dignity and your undies remain hidden! ... 17.01.2022 Whilst I was waiting for the fabrics to arrive so I can sew up the orders from my recent flash custom order release... I was busy sewing up a few tops for my boys; two of which are these for Leo - Gummy Bears and Choc Candies! Deliciously colourful and fun. ... but yes, the fabrics are already here, they are now washed & dried, and I'm ready to start on the orders tomorrow.

17.01.2022 Thank you for those who ordered in the September Flash Order. The fabrics are due to arrive on Friday - so I should be able to start cutting/sewing on Monday. Meanwhile, here is another customer order I haven't yet shown you all from August Flash order. A gorgeous Ladies Skater Dress.

06.01.2022 My goodness... now that school has gone back for Melburnians, I've had many enquiries and orders come through. Thank you all for your support - it means a lot to me! Also just as a friendly reminder, I do only sew part-time hours due to both medical conditions & young children, so although I'd love to be sewing 40+ hours per week, it's closer to only 10-12hrs each week. I work through items as quick as I can without rushing - I take great pride in my workmanship and high qua...lity output, and will continue to make that my priority so you know you can always trust my items to last beautifully with correct care. Hope you all have a happy weekend ahead! Edited: Oops, forgot a couple of things... added in!

04.01.2022 Master Leo may be sporting fluffy 'Melbourne lockdown' hair, but he's LOVING his new t-shirts; bright and fun to suit the upcoming Spring season, though as you can see, we layer them in the cooler weather. Lots of growing room in them too - wouldn't surprise me if he's still wearing them frequently in 12 months time! Handmade really lasts the distance. ... What are you most looking forward to about Spring? I'm looking forward to being out of lockdown so we can see family & friends again!

04.01.2022 Something a bit different from sewing. Every Tuesday night, I tune in to Deb for her weekly 8pm Live on IG. Her guided drawing is really fun as well as grounding; certainly my kind of mindfulness. Can't draw? Neither can I! But seriously, you will be surprised at how awesome your creations are at the end. ... Why not come join in on Tuesday evening and give it a go?
