Interest rates, product updates, their offerings to attract new business - well the good news is they are being competitive with variable and fixed rate offers. The bad news is they wont last long. Now back to catching up and looking after customers and their loans...

14.01.2022 Hope you are all enjoying the school holiday break. We all get caught up with having a well earned break. We all know about reviewing your home loan every 2 years? Silver Fox just reviewed a client who had not reviewed their home loan for past 5 years. They are paying 5.31% instead of 4.83%. On a $300,000 home loan thats an extra $1440 per year or $120 per month to the lender. Guess what their lender wont move on a decrease interest rate so Silver Fox is moving the client....enjoy the school holiday break and make a note to have your home loan reviewed.....
