14.01.2022 Let’s talk range hood... Who do you think is responsible for the install? We often get asked by our clients, it's a good question and one of my favourites. If there are no power points within the vicinity that the range hood is been installed you need a licensed electrician for the install.... Now you can't stop there, it is pointless installing a rangehood and not venting it through your roof and can create a fire hazard with the grease not been vented externally. To penetrate roof tiles or tin you require a licensed plumber for the install. Both Electricians and plumbers are required for the install to ensure the job is done correctly from the start and is up to code. * Client to paint the kitchen to reduce costs * Then Silverpeak will return to install splashback once the painting is completed * SilverPeak called to rectify this rangehood situation

This effects where you can add doorways or open up a room by moving walls.However with traditional pitched roofs you can create for instance an attic Where as With truss roofs ( as pictured below ), the weight is held on all external walls.This means you can remove and move around of any internal wall & can be accomplished with no concerns .
