At the age of 13, Violet felt the urge to start a little business, designing leather dog collars, and named the business after her dog - George. 18 months later, Georgie Paws includes dog collars and leads (made in buffalo leather), matching belts for people, funny mugs and bag tags and recently a new line of collars and leads for puppies and small dogs - Flora. Georg...ie Paws is stocked around the globe in over 100 stores, as well as a great online community and has recently made the second round of the Telstra Business Awards. A pretty good effort for a year 10 school girl!
