We moved up from Sydney to raise a little family where I grew up , open a salon (SILVER) and explore this idea I had for a barber shop and a range of men’s grooming products. 5 years later - 2 beautiful boys - 2 shops in Gladstone and 1 in Bundaberg- the developing and selling of our own range in stores- 8 Best in Business Awards - 7 AHIA Finalist Nominations !!! Incredible and Thank Yo...u!!You have embraced my visions and your enthusiasm and support for my products has seen us reach this milestone: this month we sold our 5000th Garage Barber product in store!..we also achieved a finalist nomination for 2019 Best Men’s Styling Product of The Year with our Matte Paste. Launching 2020 as The Garage Barber Australia product range, we will be selling to Barbers Shops on the open market. Our new venture and the next chapter for us, will be to relocate to the Sunshine Coast to realise this dream. We are keeping our Bundaberg Barber Shop and will be opening a flagship store on the Sunshine Coast as well. This will be our biggest and boldest shop to date!! I love what I do, hair, and in 1992 I represented Australia in women's hairdressing placing 3rd runner up in the Golden Scissors International Hairdressing Awards in Singapore. What I've achieved in the 5 short years I've concentrated on Barbering and building my barber brand is something I'm truly proud of, and it started in the garage of SILVER.
