17.01.2022 Hi all. Check this out. it is so important. This will protect your self from bad tradies and services. Please like and share. One of the most valuable reads you can have before parting with your money or being let down.

15.01.2022 We were requested to clean a property the other day by Harcourts Sea and Vines. The unfortunate thing was that the tenant had arranged to have the house cleaned four days before. Yes, the cleaners arrived, the tenant paid the cleaners and then he left. These unscrupulous cleaners had vacuumed the floors, they had cleaned the inside of the kitchen cupboards, (except the ones above 6ft.)... Unfortunatly, the house was full of cob webs, the fire place was still full of ash. The bathrooms had the quickest of wipe overs. (The shower alcove still had a dirty face washer in the corner.) The oven had to be recleaned, the walls had to be cleaned and all the windows, frames, tracks, screens and sills had not been touched. The reality of this is, to be able to put a new tenant in this property it needs to be cleaned. It cost anather $350.00 to clean this property. The cleaners spent a total of seven hours there. The moral of the storey is......If its cheap it wont pass a basic inspection. We are not expensive. We only charge what is necessary to do the job to the standards required by the industy. unfortunately cleaners like this one give us all a bad name. Use cleaners that your property manager referes you to, like us. We guarantee all work completed. No argument. If it can be cleaned, we clean it. Not all tenants are blame free either. We used to let clients pay after the clean. Unfortunatly some did not pay for some months later. Some have dissapered never to be found again. If we need to take recovery action, this drives up our overheads which means eventually the price of cleaning would have to increase. So we now ask for payment upfront. I know some clients find this a little uncomfortable. Let me put your fears to rest. We will always attend the clean. We will always clean to our best abilities. If a mistake is made on our behalf, we will remedy it, straight away. No argument, no extra fee. ALWAYS!!!! Kind regards Glenn

09.01.2022 Happy Holidays to all. Good luck to you if your are on holidays. We do not close down ever. The only days regular and bond cleans will not be performed will be public holidays. Every other day is full steam ahead. We have already had a very busy lead up the the end of the year. I appoligise to those clients we have not been able to acomidate this Friday or Saturday.... We have a hugh and exciting year ahead, with new cleaning agreements with local organisations. All of our cleaning contractors are perfoming well with fantastic feed back and reviews and are looking forward to a bussy year ahead. Happy, safe and prosperous new year to all. 06.01.2022 To Clean or Not To Clean!!!!! This is a question some tenants ask them selves when they are about to leave their rental. I am always surprised when a client says to me, "My property manager is making me clean this property, however the one I'm moving to is filthy!"... My reply is simple. The property manager you have at the moment is responsible and doing their job. This property manager has a responsibility to the ingoing tenant, to provide a property that is free of someone elses hair, dirt and rubbish. They also have a responsibility to the property owner. (The customer), To maintain the property at its best. Taking into consideration, fair ware and tear. A tenant has the responsibility to return the property in a reasonable condition. This means free of filth and rubbish and free of damage. A reasonable responsibility we should all agree. Tenants should be proactive with cleaning. A property manager will always be happy if the tenant has used a professional and reliable cleaner. It is then the responsibility of the cleaner to clean to the best standard possible. Please remember, If the walls have been neglected, the best we can hope for some times is that we will be able to prepare them for painting. No one cleans like a professionally trained cleaner. We are a business that uses job sheets to instruct the cleaners. Our cleaners work to proven preceedures and methods. This is to provide a consistant and thourough clean. Happy renting......Glenn

05.01.2022 DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT WHILE THE JOB IS BEING DONE ? Some clients like to be present while the cleaner is there. This is not a problem. Some home owners have a home office and work from home. This is sometimes preferred by the client when we clean a home for the first time in a domestic maintenance situation.
