25.01.2022 Have you put in your registration for the Silver Sands Multi-sport Festival? With a predicted top of 27 degrees & sunny skies the weekend of 2-3rd April is looking idyllic. Saturday morning will feature a FREE Kids only Aquathon for kids under 14 at 11am. In the early afternoon you can compete in The Dive Shack ‘norkel Safari 1km and 2km open water swims. Saturday evening will be a carb loading dinner at the Aldinga Bay Surf Life Saving Club before retiring for a sound sleep ...to be fresh for the Sunday events. The short course Laubman & Pank Glenelg triathlon and Olympic distance triathlons will be held on Sunday morning. Both triathlons feature an ocean swim and closed Esplanade road bike leg with a beach/sand run which makes this race unique in Australia. The Late Fee will apply from 5.00pm Tuesday 29th March 2016.
