12.01.2022 We are excited to announce that we will be opening tonight 4th June for burgers only . Due to Covid-19 restrictions however there will be some changes . Seating... will be limited to 20 dining patrons only at one time , with a maximum of 6 per table . Our times will be 5:15 .. 6:30.. 7:45 with a 1 hour time limit which gives us time to clean after each sitting . We are also doing takeaway burgers & beers & wines . 12.01.2022 An update on the fire situation as of this evening: Today has seen almost 5mm of rain fall in the resort with more forecast tonight. Despite this, fire activit...y has today moved to within 6km of the Falls Creek village area. The forecast for increasing fire risk during the coming week means the resort will remain CLOSED until Monday 13th January 2020. Re-assessment of risk will occur at this time and further advice will be provided. Thank you for your ongoing concern and support

09.01.2022 Hello snow lovers, we wanted to let you know that our proudly family owned Falls Creek business Central Snowsports will be open for the 2020 season! We know 20...20 will be challenging compared to past years, but with correct measures we are excited to see you all enjoy the Falls Creek snow season! We are offering a season long discounted rental offer to help reboot the season for all. We will also be encouraging you to book online for contactless delivery for your rental equipment. We have had the capability and have experience of pre-delivery for 5 years. We want to give you the confidence of a safe and clean environment. Pre-delivery will allow us to look after you and our staff whilst managing the required social distancing in-store. We will be doing the following Covid 19 Safety Measures for Guests and Staff: -Installation of Ozone sanitation systems in both stores -Laundering of clothing for every rental (as per our normal past procedures ) -Hand Sanitation stations for staff and guests -Social distancing measures -Use of vapour treatment for stores, vehicles and rental equipment for 99.9 % od virus, bacteria, mould spores and biological load. Same treatment for all rental equipment including boots, helmets and clothing. Ultimately, guests should take advantage of our no contact rental service, we look forward to seeing you all on the slopes this 2020 winter! 02.01.2022 Like you, Falls Creek Resort Management are devastated that Falls Creek Ski Lifts had to suspend lift operations in response to the spread of coronavirus (COVID...-19). We continue to provide a COVIDSafe environment, cross country trail grooming, tobogganing and snow play, ski touring access, ski patrol for safety, transport services within the village and promotion of our mountain operators. Our snow clearing team will ensure the Bogong High Plains road and village car parks are safe.
