22.01.2022 Bagging up for this Sunday’s @newcastlecityfarmersmarket @newcastlefarmersmarket and thought we should mention that as soon as our current supply of 250g bags run out we’ll only be offering 500g and 1kg options. Our reason for doing this is that most people buy 500g anyways and one 500g bag is 6g less packaging than 2 x 500g bags - it all adds up and #silverskincoffee as a business always strive to produce as little waste as possible in every area of the business. Another tho...ught around this is that you really don’t get to know as coffee too will with 250gs. If you’re into espresso and buy a couple of small bags you can easily waste half a bag just dialling a new bean in. Crazy huh?!? That means even less time drinking a certain coffee and lots of the fun when discovering a new bean is tasting a coffee change after its roasted. Anyhoo, this is what’s happening. So far we’re happy to say that the high majority of customers understand where we’re coming from and have no problem with the change, thank you! . Clean, sweet, juicy and complex, we are just loving this coffee! . This is the one we scored a trip to Burundi for. We won’t be roasting it each week as we only have one bag, so if you’re interested this might be your only chance to have a taste for a little while. .
