23.01.2022 If you have noticed your system is a bit stinky it could be a product you are using. We find we can't use the dishwasher tablets with the powerball but the fairy ones are ok.

15.01.2022 If an alarm goes off on your system, don't freak out! You have about 48 hours before it become a major issue, so just give me a call. I had a guy ring me a couple of years ago who thought it meant his system was going to explode

14.01.2022 With all of the rain we have experienced in the last couple of days on the Gold Coast, you may have alarms on your tank going off. When wastewater systems get an influx of water it takes a bit longer for the pump to pump the water out. If the alarm is still going off after a few hours check the water levels in your tank. If it is still pumping out, leave it. If it isn't pumping then your pump may have broken down, in which case give me a call. Ben 0407 074919

11.01.2022 Now that spring has sprung, if you could spend some time in this glorious weather clearing the area on top of and around your wastewater system, ensuring the grass is kept down and the tank is accessible, it would be very much appreciated by your friendly wastewater technician.....less chances of me coming across snakes too!

10.01.2022 Is your tank a bit stinky? Remember that what you put down your sink/ toilet/ washer can affect the environment in your tank and upset the good bacteria. This could be from cleaning products, milk, alcohol, dishwasher power balls, even the medication you are taking. Try eliminating one thing at a time to work out what is the culprit causing the odour.
