19.01.2022 For the past 17 years of my career I have driven towards one goal as a chef. To compete in Lyon at the Bocuse Dor! Unfortunately due to the global pandemic we have been told we not be able to compete as the Asia pacific continentals have been cancelled and as such we don’t qualify. I realise this may seem like a trivial matter to most considering what so many people in the world are going through. However for me at age 44 this was the highlight of my career, the chance to rep...resent my flag on the world stage. I don’t think I have ever felt so frustrated about anything else in my career. Good luck to all of the teams that will be going to the finals, I wish you all the very best ( especially the team from my adopted home of Australia).
