24.01.2022 I would like to share with you another section of Guigen Qigong. Please share with your friends The Water element relates to the Kidney (Yin) and Bladder (Yang)... The season of winter and cold weather correspond to the Water Element as do the emotions of fear and impatience and a deep blue colour. The kidneys regulate water circulation in the body and help maintain fluid balance. In TCM, the kidneys store the essence that is received from food and air and is released when the other organs require it. Thus, they are a bit like the batteries of the body. Essence is also received from our parents and is stored in the kidneys. The kidneys transform the essence into Qi or energy. They are very important organs and it’s important to keep the kidneys warm. Thanks, take care Simon

19.01.2022 I would like to share with you another section of Guigen Qigong, please share with your friends Take care, Simon The Wood Element relates to the Liver (Yin) and... Gall Bladder (Yang) The season of spring and windy weather correspond to the Wood Element, together with the emotions of anger and frustration, and the colour green. The Liver helps to cleanse and regulate the flow of blood in the body. TCM describes the liver’s function as smoothing and regulating the flow of vital energy and blood, helping the free flow of Qi through the whole body. It also helps the spleen to send food essence up and the stomach to send food down, normalising digestion.

15.01.2022 I would like to share with you another section of Guigen Qigong. Please share with your friends, as it can only help The Earth Element relates to the Spleen (Yi...n) and Stomach (Yang). The Indian late summer and the climate of humidity correspond to the Earth Element, as dose the colour golden yellow. Deep thinking and worry relate to the Spleen and anxiety relates to the Pancreas The spleen is located on the left side of the abdominal area and is the main organ of the digestive system in TCM. The functions of the pancreas and the mouth also relate to the spleen which, according to TCM, is where food and fluids enter the body. The stomach digests the food, sending solids and fluids down, while the essence of these nutrients is sent up to the spleen. The spleen transforms this essence and distributes it to the rest of the body. Take care, Simon Blow

06.01.2022 I would like to share with you Section 6 of Guigen Qigong, please share with your friends and anyone you may think is interested The Fire Element relates to the... Heart (Yin) and Small Intestine (Yang) The season of summer and hot weather correspond to the Fire Element. The emotions of joy and excitement, which can stimulate the energy of the heart but in excess, can exhaust it. The colour red associates to the fire element. The heart is the Emperor of the body according to the ancient TCM texts. It propels the blood to flow through the blood vessels and circulate through the body. The heart is also where the spirit resides. If the Emperor is in good spirits, harmony prevails throughout the whole kingdom, the body and the universe.
