23.01.2022 If youre wondering what the " " is then KEEP READING as I now need YOUR continued support as "One Commun...ity" to turn the behaviours of some in our community into a lot of Mardi Gras brings out the best in most, however brings out the worst in others. Id like to create a platform for some of that negative energy to result in something good for this community. Id like to throw down the gauntlet and bring the " " to the very vocal minority keyboard warriors and ask them to use their keyboard energy to create a little GOOD and give back to their community in a positive way for a change. This group of keyboard warriors appear to have one thing in common apart from spreading some seriously sad propaganda and ignorance, they share a need to call Broome Pride out to , even though to date we as an organisation have already donated over $11000.00 to SAFE and in excess of $57000.00 to local Broome community organisations. So Im answering their prayers and daring them to accept this challenge. . I challenge the vocal minority to do as I have done and commence their own group fund raising platform linked to raise money that goes directly to SAFE. I invite a representative of that group to attend "Cause for Paws" at the Mangrove Hotel on the 20th March and stand before our community to deliver the amount their group has raise for SAFE. I will be there representing Broome Pride to present our final tally. We come together on the 20th March with one common goal and that is to raise as many funds as we can for SAFE which this group appear to feel very passionate about. Get organised and GET ACTIVE for the RIGHT reason. Lets see how truly passionate you are about your cause. What do we need EVERY other member of this community to do? I also have eftpos provided so as to prevent physical contact. Lets do everything in our power guys to keep this horrible virus out of our beautiful town As for now its business as usual stay safe everyone
