19.01.2022 Wow! Thank you so much to our legendary vendors at 33 Sofala Avenue, Riverview. They have been repeated clients for some years now and we couldnt thank them enough for their lovely words.. A great result in a difficult, unprecedented market! We had privately tested the market with two agents in 2019 and were promised the world, but as is often the case, neither delivered. We decided to do a full sales campaign with Simon (as luck would have it, 5 days before COVID restrict...ions were announced). Nonetheless he was sure he could find the right buyer and get us the result we wanted, even if it took a little longer. We persevered, and within 6 weeks, and in a floundering market, he delivered exactly what he promised.
