A great result in a difficult, unprecedented market! We had privately tested the market with two agents in 2019 and were promised the world, but as is often the case, neither delivered. We decided to do a full sales campaign with Simon (as luck would have it, 5 days before COVID restrict...ions were announced). Nonetheless he was sure he could find the right buyer and get us the result we wanted, even if it took a little longer. We persevered, and within 6 weeks, and in a floundering market, he delivered exactly what he promised.
