08.01.2022 ’ . When I ask this question. What business are you in? I always get different answers from different people.... I’m in the manufacturing business I'm in the logistics industry I'm an Entrepreneur The missed opportunity. The real business you’re in is marketing and getting customers. Unfortunately, we take for granted the quality of the product or service we provide. Obviously, that needs to be in place, but that’s like getting up in the morning. It has to happen anyway. That’s not the real business you’re in, or what will determine your success or failure, or the level of success you experience. The thing that will determine your success is how many customers you get, and the thing that’s going to determine how many customers you get is your marketing. The real business you are in is marketing, so you should start every day focusing on that. This loops back to our previous videos; Marketing is an investment, not an expense Principles of marketing I would like to reinforce the message that the amount of time you are willing to spend on marketing is a vital part of all of this because that’s the business you’re in. This makes sense to me but what do you think?
