I aim to make the ...permit process when building, renovating or subdividing land, smoother by introducing a more customer centric model which makes it easier for the public to communicate with Council. I propose to have subdivisions managed by one point of contact, not multiple people from different departments. The customer needs to feel like they are dealing with the one entity and not left trying to manage multiple different areas within the same council.
