09.01.2022 Do you know there are over 20000 edible herbs in the world ..?! And many of them in Australian grown and there are a lot of Aussie bush herb as well..!! And majority of Australian don’t know about them.. A common question from our customer - what is 5C beef patty mean .?! Answer- 5 different cut of beef , and 19x fresh herbs paste , half of them are native aussie bush herbs, NO curry Powder . I don’t use powder crap for anything . ... We Herb Aged our meat for quite few weeks, then we mince them. That’s why it has very different distinctive confusing flavour. And anything is confusing if you have never try that particular taste. So either you gonna like or you not gonna like . It’s pretty simple.. So there is possible chance that as a new customer you will get confuse and ASsuME that some flavour has been used , which you know or guess . - BUT - my secret herbs are not known by many. That’s why our food has weird but Goosty taste .. We appreciated your feedback and have the courage and respect to say it to our face thats the way we like it though ..
