25.01.2022 NEXT ARVO SESSION : TUES 29th SEP 5:30pm at Tickle Park CARDIO OR... Strength... (is welcome if you're injured and want to ease into running, you can come do strength with slow jog laps in between! *If you need Bands or Weights, bring them*) PEOPLE ZOOMING Need : A bench OR a step, in case of dips or step ups etc Mat & towel & water again.. If anyone has resistance bands, like at pt, keep em close, I could give you alternatives possibly.. (COMMENT if coming, either e.g 5am Outdoors, 6am Zoom etc)
