24.01.2022 I love carbs! Carbohydrates are an important part of a healthy lifestyle. (Notice I didn't say diet - that's a 4 letter word ). Carbs are not evil! It's the type of carbs and the amount we consume that matters. If you keep a food diary (myfitnesspal is one app I have found to be useful) you can see if you're overloading on carbs. In my experience, most people tend to eat over 60% of their daily recommended intake from carbs. Which in itself isn't entirely unhealthy - unt...il you look at the types of carbs, and the decreased physical activity that comes with a busy life. Choose carbs high in dietary fibre, choose wholegrain over refined and processed. Don't blame carbs.... they taste awesome!! Talk to a nutritionist or dietitian about your individual needs.

I prefer to empower you to love the body you were born with.
