25.01.2022 WANT A SOLID FOUNDATIONAL BASE FOR YOUR NUTRITION? . 20.01.2022 WHO ESLE IS EXCITED FOR GYMS TO BE OPENING? . First session back last week @f45_training_porthedland ( video is pre-covid ). I wasnt able to maintain any heavy resistance training over this period and boy did it feel good to lift weights again. Its going to take a bit to build my strength up and thats ok. Being real with myself and lifted lighted weights and mindful of technique, so that I am conditioning my body to adapt and not allowing myself to be super sore! . #gymsaresafe #exerciseismedicine

19.01.2022 What you say to yourself matters, if you wouldnt say it to your daughter then dont say it to yourself. . Selfworth for me is having graditude for my current life and being at peace with where Im at and being grateful for what I have right now, its planning my day out to prime my mind and feel organised. Its appreciating myself and writing "I am" affirmations and saying mantras. Its exercising and being a positive role model for my girls . It is a consistent pratice that h...as built my confidence and strengthen my mindset and has helped me overcome lack of confidence, fear, judgement, comparison and being overweight. 18.01.2022 What a week! . New classes introduced @lifeandsoulporthedland . Its great to have variation to my training and absolutely loved being back on the bike doing RPM & Sprint #soulride. I use to do this form of training consistently and throughout my whole pregnancy with my big girl, who is now 5. Definitely a class I would recommend to anyone. There will always be obstacles in life and lately, I have faced a few with work and home life, change in environment, which meant I didnt get in some of the things I would usually do every day and caused me to feel a little bit overwhelmed. Avoid overwelm, reduce stress and feel organised for the week ahead by doing the below . - Plan it out, ensuring you have space in the schedule to do things that energise you and give you time to slow down and reset.... . - Working your mindset, before you start your day, this might be journalling, gratitude, exercise, breath work or meditation, allowing you to visualize what your day is going to look and feel like. . - Be intentional with your priorities and set 1 or 2 things to achieve in your day and reflect in the evening on how that went. If you are challenged on what your priorities are for most its the tasks that are in alignment with your goals and sometimes can revolve around deadlines. . - Always focus on the things you want rather than what you dont have. . These tips will allow you to be more productive with your time and manage change better, cause lets face it, things dont always go to plan. 13.01.2022 A little bit about me. . Im a mum of two girls, my biggest achievement in life and my heart is always full, being there mum. I grew up in Katikati, New Zealand and am 1 of 8 siblings. . I played competitive sports from a young age, touch rugby, netball, basketball and growing into rugby union in my late teens, where I played alongside 2 of my older sisters representing our province - Bay of Plenty.... . I have overcome many health challenges, specifically being overweight, no self-worth, routine out of sorts, constantly feeling burnt out, lack of confidence, un-motivated, stressed from day to day living, poor relationship with food, time management and feeling stuck with no direction. Im pleased to tell you, I have definetely up levelled in all these areas, through education and absolutely knowing I needed to change for the better and 5 years later, healthy living and a positive mindset is a way of life. . I am passionate about helping others, find there purpose, work through there blocks and up level in areas of there life, specifically the mind. I love what I do and at times have let surface level fear, doubt, discomfort get the better of me. I feel giving yourself the time to express gratitude, grow, inspire, love wholeheartedly and manifest the life you want is POSSIBLE, once you make the decision to focus on what you want and give it your personal best. . Developing a resilient mindset, has helped me to overcome blocks, achieve goals, manage set-backs, re-evaluate and reassess when I havent reached an outcome and diverse another plan. The key is to not give up, but to persist and... adapt. . Building a resilient mindset, starts with your internal realm and letting go of past events that may have caused trauma, feelings of anger, sadness, fear, guilt and worry. Its discovering what limiting beliefs you are holding and taking action to change those belief systems and release the feelings, situations that get you stuck. . 05.01.2022 Expressing my gratitude for all that Ive learnt this far @lukehawkins 7 figure academy. The opportunity, has allowed me to immerse in all the learnings. What I am most excited about, is taking this knowledge and helping women, change there beliefs, thought patterns, release negative emotions and limiting beliefs, which is something I have overcome and worked through myself.
