You cannot do everything and after the year we've had, it is clear to me that my Directors need a break! Make sure you manage your workflows efficiently so that you CAN take time off this year to reflect and recharge. Where possible, schedule these opportunities into the New Year.

All the other girls had danced since they were babies, but Grace has only been doing ballet for 2 yearsand that thought kept sitting in the back of her mind.
