04.01.2022 A lot of people I’ve been speaking to lately are really starting to feel the emotional weight of working from home and are really struggling to switch off now that work is perpetually at home with them. So here are my 5 tips to help you create that much needed separation from work when working from home: 1. Turn your computer off at the end of the work day. 2. Disable emails on your phone so you don’t look at them outside of work hours. 3. Make a list of must accomplish o...n your to do list, and nice to completes and tackle the must accomplish first, so when you finish for the day, you don’t have any priority tasks looming. 4. Set a timer during your work day for designated breaks (it’s so easy to forget to take a break when working from home). 5. Get up early and do house work and other things around the house before you start your work day so you don’t feel the urge to do these things during the day and can then switch off and relax after you finish working.
