22.01.2022 An amazing half half cake for a beautiful client who's daughter and husband celebrate around the same time! Half pretty stencilled design with some preserved florals from Karen Hill Floral Design. The other half for an avid Cowboys supporter! 4 layers of caramel mud filled with caramel ganache. Covered in Vanilla buttercream. Mmm yum!

I believe florals were popped on later and supplied by Sofi and Flora. 2 tiers of moist and delicious White Callebaut chocolate mud cake. Filled with white chocolate ganache and covered in silky Swiss Meringue Buttercream! And dotted with edible gold leaf.
